We had beautiful standard villa with the bedroom, a balcony, showers. Location: the hotel was short walk to Mexico, and the designated areas for snacks.
The bed was very old, that's my bad luck.

Excellent base for discovering Manzanillo. The rooms with the bedroom and a balcony, as example. Outstanding food, great service. Favourable setting, just next door to the beach and the designated areas for snacks and the restaurants. The hotel of choice in Manzanillo.

During our stay, we found the location of the designated areas for snacks to be convenient. We could grab a quick bite not on the beach, but only in the reception area. The reception area had a nice atmosphere and provided a cozy space to enjoy our snacks. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience.
It would have been nice to have more variety and the option to dine at a restaurant by the beach.

I had a great time exploring the beautiful Santiago Beach. The morning and evening walks along the pristine shoreline were truly memorable. The clear blue water was perfect for swimming and body surfing. The location of the resort was fantastic, with excellent snorkeling just north at the Aquarium. The resort itself had fun activities and was the hub of the area, making it convenient and enjoyable. The pools were clean and spacious, and the service was top-notch. The nightly entertainment was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and made our stay fun. The homemade pasta at the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the buffet had some amazing Mexican dishes, like the Pozole soup. I had a wonderful vacation and would definitely return.

The hotel has a bit of wear and tear.. It really needs some TLC to make it a 5 star hotel..But for the money it is fair. The staff was short at times but very friendly..I would like to come back whet it has some renovation work done..The beach area is really exposed to the guests unless you ask whe it is.. The restaurants are clean but the menu needs much improvemnet.. The same menu for 2 days makes you wonder if you are have prior day left overs..Again. for the money is ok.. but wish it could be better.. Yes, I would go back and recommend it to friends who are not picky..Spruce it up a bit and I would go back..
Although I liked it.. I would like to see more of the activities offered to the more mature guests.. The recreation group is more focused on the younger guests..

The room we had included a living room and a kitchen area. The staffs were attentive & very friendly. The hotel was in a favourable location not far from Mexico and eating and a long way from the amenities.

The hotel is located near the beach and provides easy access to designated snack areas. Some rooms have balconies with a pleasant view. The pools are clean and well-maintained.
One downside is that some facilities are outdated and in need of renovation, which can take away from the overall experience.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the reception area just a short walk away from the designated areas for snacks and dining. I loved that the hotel was right on the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sun and sand. The staff was very friendly and caring, making sure that all my needs were met. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, a balcony, and an in-room safe. I also enjoyed the entertainment and the variety of drinks available. this place provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

My family and I had a great Christmas stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. We appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks in the room upon arrival. The location was perfect for us, right by a beautiful and lively beach with plenty of water activities. We also enjoyed the variety of entertainment offered in the evenings.
The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some upgrades. We also found the food options to be limited and not consistently up to par.
